Passion fruit is a true taste of the tropics, and it's unique flavour pairs perfectly with a classic Victoria sponge and buttercream icing. After baking the sponge is brushed with sweetened passion fruit juice before being topped with fresh buttercream. It's finished with a light drizzle of passion fruit glaze.
The cake is shipped in a baking pan which measures approximately 16cm x 9 cm x 5 cm, this is then put into a lidded clamshell container as shown.

This cake is freshly baked for your order and should be refrigerated upon arrival. When ready to eat please allow it 20 to 30 minutes to come to room temperature.
After it arrives please consume or freeze within 3 days or by use by date.
