The 8" or 6" cake is available for pick up by prearrangement only. 1LB loaf can be shipped.
I put this cake on the menu board as Hippity Hoppity Carrot Cake one Easter, and the name just stuck. People always seem to smile when they say it so I haven't changed it.
A traditional moist carrot cake with a generous amount of carrots and walnuts. The mix of Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, and Mixed spice compliment the cream cheese frosting perfectly. The cake is available in a one pound loaf pan size and ships in a clear clamshell inside a thermal pouch along with a couple of gel ice packs to keep the frosting cool.

The cake keeps refrigerated for up to 5 days and can be frozen. If you can wait for it to come to room temperature all the better.
Tip: Cut the cake into slices, wrap individually and defrost as needed.
