Deliciously soft layers of sweet bread rolled with lemon curd and sultana filling. This is my take on a Belgian bun. Topped with lemon glace drizzle.
Each in it's own foil tin, wrapped in a heat sealed bag. Freezer ready so you can take one out when you fancy a treat.
Lemon Sultana rolls are shown in the top of the picture.
For best flavour and to regain their softness these rolls are best microwaved for approximately 33 - 45 seconds prior to eating.
